I led the redesign of a license acquisition process, reducing the application from 17 pages to 6. Focusing on user accessibility and efficiency, I addressed frustrations with the lengthy, outdated system. Using user journey mapping and feedback, I simplified the process, introduced a pop-out cart, and eliminated unnecessary steps. The result was a faster, more intuitive experience that catered to both quick transactions and more detailed planning needs.
